Jordan Jackson’s story

Jordan Jackson is a business owner, servant leader, husband, father, grandfather, and lifelong student of real life.

For more than 30 years, Jordan has led a small business in Colorado while learning many of life’s most valuable lessons the same way most people do—the hard way. Through successes, failures, mistakes, relationships, leadership challenges, and personal growth, he gradually discovered that leadership is less about power and position and more about serving, encouraging, and helping people grow.

Jordan Jackson

Outside of work, Jordan has been married to his wife for nearly 40 years. Together they raised three children into successful adults and now enjoy the rewarding season of being grandparents to seven energetic grandkids. Jordan also enjoys Colorado’s active outdoor lifestyle, including running, biking, hiking, and dirt biking. Having completed endurance events ranging from marathons to ultramarathon races, he has learned that many of the principles that build a strong life are similar to those required to finish a long race: consistency matters more than intensity, growth takes time, and sustainable progress usually beats short bursts of effort. Through Life & Leadership University, Jordan hopes to help others learn a little more of life the easy way—through wisdom, reflection, and intentional growth—rather than only through bumps, bruises, and regrets.
